Enter the total amount you want to pay into the box (e.g. 101.55) and press the button. You will then be transported to a secure website, hosted by our credit card payment providers, Merchant Services Inc. 

If nothing happens after pressing the button, then your browser’s security settings have been set too high. If you back them off a level or two - just for now - you should have no problem.

Please note the following:

• The address and phone number you are entering must be the ones associated with the credit card account. Don’t bother clicking the Enter a Different Shipping Address radio button—we’ve already got your ship-to information.

• The e-mail address you enter is where the credit card receipt will be sent.

• You will need to submit all of your credit card information and also manually enter the amount you are paying to us. Please ensure that this amount is the total you wish to pay (i.e. includes all shipping charges and taxes).

Once the transaction is complete, you may get a “document not found” error from your browser. Don’t fret! There’s a bug in this process that prevents us from showing you a proper confirmation page. You’ll receive an e-mailed receipt within 20-30 minutes, proving that you successfully went through the process.
