Lot/Batch Tracking Minimize

No matter if they’re garbanzo beans, pharmaceutical products, or electronic printed circuit boards, we can provide and implement a tracking and reporting system that will allow you to trace back any finished product to its source in a matter of seconds.

In simple terms, a lot/batch tracking system identifies all raw materials inventory with bar code labels or RFID tags. When those materials are used in a specific batch of your product, the IDs are read, creating a lineal record between finished goods and the ingredients (or whatever) that comprise them. The final step is to record which products from which lot/batch are eventually shipped to which customers, completing the cycle and connecting whatever comes in the door to whatever goes out!

Such systems could utilize bar code or RFID technology to identify products, containers, personnel, machinery, tasks, etc. and allow data to be collected by front-line workers more accurately, efficiently, and reliably than by any paper-based system.

Imagine a recall of your product when you're recording and collecting this information on paper - yikes!

I think I need one of these!
